1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must have all original tags attached.
- Items on sale or purchased with discount codes are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide return instructions along with the return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely and send it back via a reliable courier service.
3. Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, the refund request may be declined.
