1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must have all original tags attached.
  • Items on sale or purchased with discount codes are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide return instructions along with the return shipping address.
  • Pack the product securely and send it back via a reliable courier service.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, the refund request may be declined.

5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
